What you share
Our website inquiry form asks for your name and email address, your phone number (optional) and a brief note about what you’d like to address. Booking takes place separately through GlossGenius, which collects the details needed to schedule your session.
How it's used
We use the details you share to respond to your request and discuss scheduling and preparation for a session.
Who sees it
Your booking details are handled by the scheduling service we use. Website hosting and email services process information needed to operate the site and to send and receive messages with Camilla Bodywork at hello@camillabodywork.com.
Website inquiries are saved through Lovable Cloud and sent by email to Camilla Bodywork at hello@camillabodywork.com.
Other tools used for scheduling, payments, or care may also process information you provide when you use those services.
How long we keep it
Details you share through our inquiry form are stored with the website and included in email notifications. Booking details are received by our scheduling service. How long information is kept depends on the services used and any applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us with questions about retention or to request removal.
This site
The Book a Session button opens our scheduling service in a new tab, where you choose an in-studio or in-home session and a time. Hosting and email services may also process technical information needed to operate those services.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've given us at any time.
You can also keep your message general and share only what you're comfortable with — treatment decisions always rest with you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
